When we gather together, whether it’s a conference or in our smaller group sessions, we’re committed to providing a respectful space that encourages everyone to share freely free from bullying, harassment or harm. 

Principles for how we show up together (formally known as a Code of Conduct):

  • Lead with Respect: We value diverse perspectives and experiences. Every voice matters. Let’s listen fully, speak kindly, and honour each other’s journeys even when we disagree.
  • Choose Curiosity Over Judgment: We’re all here to learn and grow. Ask thoughtful questions. Assume the best. Approach differences with curiosity, not criticism.
  • Confidentiality: What’s shared in our community whether in breakout sessions, masterminds, or private groups stays in the community. Let’s protect each other’s stories and ideas.
  • Collaboration Over Competition We believe there’s more than enough success to go around. We cheer each other on, share resources, and look for ways to collaborate not compete.
  • Zero Tolerance for Bullying: We do not tolerate bullying, harassment, discrimination, or harmful behaviour of any kind. Anyone violating this will be removed from the community spaces immediately, no exceptions.
  • Own Your Mistakes: We’re human. Mistakes happen. If something you say or do causes harm, be willing to listen, take responsibility, and make it right. Growth is always welcome here.
  • Be Generous: Share your insights, connections, and encouragement freely. Generosity fuels the collective—and you never know the ripple effect your support might create.
