Hi, I’m Danielle Wiebe, daughter of God, wife, mama of two, host of a top-rated business podcast, and founder of Bloom Business Collective (previously known as Business Babes Collective) a global community of women entrepreneurs building sustainable, profitable businesses together.
Over 12 years ago, when I started my entrepreneurial journey, I craved connection. But what I found instead were surface-level networking events that left me feeling unseen and unsupported.
I wasn’t alone. Over coffee chats with other women entrepreneurs, I kept hearing the same thing: We want more.
More depth. More collaboration. More spaces where we could be real—share our dreams, struggles, and ideas—and actually help each other grow.
So in 2015, I decided to go for it. I hosted our very first networking event in Vancouver with just 10 women in the room. By the end, someone asked, “When’s the next one?”
That one question changed everything.
I founded Bloom in 2015 to help female entrepreneurs avoid how I felt 12 years ago–lonely and discouraged.
